Adam Posma

Adam Posma is the co-founder of ABCapital, an alternative asset manager based in Amsterdam. He leads the firm’s family office activities and oversees sourcing and investor relations for its asset management operations.

Previously, Adam co-founded ClubCollect, a cloud platform that helps organizations manage memberships and automate fee collection. Since its establishment in 2013, ClubCollect has supported over 1,700 organizations, processing more than €100 million annually for over 700,000 members. Adam serves as Chairman of the Board since 2019.

Adam also advises Splitser, one of Europe’s leading group financial management apps with over four million users, and Waterbear, a free interactive streaming platform focused on environmental and social impact storytelling.

He began his career in private banking at Bank Insinger de Beaufort in Amsterdam and holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Groningen, specializing in Financial Management through an honors program at Stellenbosch University.
