Brice Laurent

Brice Laurent is an experienced finance professional and entrepreneur. He is co-founder of ABCapital, a multi-family office and alternative asset manager based on Amsterdam. ABCapital also manages two closed-end investment vehicles, one focussing on light industrial real estate, and the other investing in private funds across various asset classes.

Previously, Brice co-founded Factris, a tech-enabled lending platform that provided over one billion euros in loans to small and medium enterprises across the Benelux and Baltic region. He led the company from inception to c. 60 FTEs with operations in four countries. He successfully exited the company in 2021 to a Dutch investment fund.

Brice joined the board of Pulsar Helium after completing a private placement in the company early 2024, with the intention to support the management team in its future capital raises. Brice also sits on the board of SkyNRG, a global leader in sustainable aviation fuel distribution and production, and Splitser, one of Europe's leading group financial management app with over four million users.

Brice started his career in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley in London, where he spent time in the Benelux Coverage, EMEA Mergers & Acquisitions and Leverage Finance teams. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and a Masters in Finance from the University of Amsterdam and Università Bocconi in Milan.
